I. Family Accounts |
A family account is a paid membership account that provides our users the contact information of our bilingual child care providers. From family registrants, Bilingual Child Care 4 U collects family first and last name, address, phone, and email address. Bilingual Child Care 4 U will use this information for the following reasons:

II. Bilingual Child Care Provider Accounts |
A Bilingual Child Care Account is a free membership account that allows bilingual child care providers to post their resume profile for the general public to see and their contact information (email address and phone number) for members with paid family accounts to see . The Bilingual Child Care Account requires and uses all of the information listed under the Family Account in the same manner. In addition to the above, however, we will require the bilingual child care provider’s date of birth. The date of birth will not be shown for the general public or families with paid memberships. The purpose of the requirement for the date of birth is so that we can display the bilingual child care provider’s age in years on their resume page for the general public to see. |

IV. What We WILL DO With Your Personal Information |
Bilingual Child Care 4 U does not disclose any personal information except to those that help it provide technical, administrative and data processing services(including hosting, billing, affiliate tracking, fulfillment, and data storage and security) “Affiliated Parties”. The Affiliated Parties to whom Bilingual Child Care 4 U discloses your personal information all have agreed to abide by this Privacy Policy. Please note that some of these Affiliated Parties have separate privacy policies that govern their collection, use and storage of information that you provide to them directly. Example: Paypal has their own privacy policy for customers using their services. |

V. What We WILL NOT DO With Your Personal Information |
Bilingual Child Care 4 U is supported by its Guardian Account Users. Therefore Bilingual Child Care 4 U does not sell or knowingly divulge your information to advertisers or any other non-Affiliated Parties, unless we are required to share your information with a third party in order to comply with law, to comply with a court order or subpoena; to enforce our site or game rules; to protect the safety and security of our users and our Web sites. |

What Are Cookies? |
A cookie is a little piece of information handed to a web browser to a web server that contains information that can be retrieved from the server later. Bilingual Child Care 4 U uses cookies only to the limited extent of recognizing the registered user and pairing that user with the character that the user created and the account preferences set by that user within the game. |

Bilingual Child Care 4 U does not process your payments directly. Instead we contract this service to other, secure companies. |
