Hello and welcome to Bilingual Child Care 4 U.

My name is Susan, and I am the founder of Bilingual Child Care 4 U.

I am also a mother of a girl and a baby boy.

As a mother, I want my children to enjoy the benefits from knowing more than just one language.   Thus, when I needed child care for my son, it seemed natural to look for a bilingual child care provider.  However, searching for a child care provider who spoke the specific language I wanted my son to learn was an uphill battle. 

 

I called countless child care providers on the phone and asked the same questions over and over.  My biggest problem was that many of the providers who spoke the foreign language did not speak English quite enough for us to communicate well.  After many frustrating weeks, I finally found a bilingual child care provider who I trusted to take good care of my baby, and who was able to speak Chinese to him.

After hearing other parents’ own frustrations with finding a specific language speaking child care provider, and my personal experience with finding bilingual child care for my baby, I decided to start this website to help families like ours.   

And that’s how Bilingual Child Care 4 U came to be.
